DynCorp International USBCustomFlashDrives printed 5,000 flash drives. Delivered 1,000; will not respond to our request to ship the remainder Ft Lauderdale, Florida
We ordered 5,000 logo'd flash drives to load our employee benefit documents for distribution to employees. The company produced the drives, agreed to keep the un-loaded until we needed the next distribution. We did receive 1,000 late 2011.
In June we employed another 500 employees and ordered another 500 drives, provided the files to load and spoke with John David at USBCustomFlashDrives. we were promised a 10-day turnaround and shipment, using our UPS account number, to 4 locations.The drives were never shipped, we cannot get any response from Mark Lindell, Maggie Malone, John David nor from any voice mails left at the phone number, 8008971239.
We now believe the company is a ripoff, may be on its way to liquidation or at least out of business. We hope that this message is spread far and wide and we can help shut USB Custom Flash Drives down.
