This fraudulent company has been charging my bank account $49.95 per month since last January 2006. I did not discover it until September 2006 at which time I called the company and asked what it was all about. They gave me such a run-around. I told them I did not order anything and they should cancel me from future debits.

I told them to refund me all monies since I did not order anything from them. They could not provide me with a signed signature that I ordered. I said if it was a mistake online, it would have been refused when delivered. They could not send me even a delivery date.

They told me they would have to present it to the corporate office and more than likely they would remove at least 4 of the charges. I waited and called again in October. Nothing was refunded. Again I got the runaround.

I called twice in November and again in December. I finally went to my bank at Suncoast Schools and filed a dispute. because it was more than 60 days, the credit union could only credit me 2 months.

I called E-Pro again and spoke with a Brent ????? at corporate office. He was very rude and said that he would not be doing anything further since I was reimbursed 2 months. I informed him that I was a disabled senior citizen and had become very ill with cancer last year and did not check my checkbook statements or I would have noticed this. His answer was "I am sick of the senior citizen crap."

I want a full refund of my monies which total close to $500. I do not have anything in my possession that I ordered and do not even know what this company is.

Nancy, I read your letter and contacted a third party who gave me this info. Internet Fraud Complaint Center http://www.ic3.com Federal Trade Commission http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/idtheft/index.html get your info together and file with the ic3 asap. Also if you haven't done so, contact your State Atty Gen Office, perhaps online or thru the mail. They also will help. I just did myself. they scammed me for about $700 and I do want my money back. Hoping to get my money back soon as well. good luck. Minnie

E-Pro Auction Denies Ripoff Scam

#3Author of original report

I have never been reimbursed by E-Pro Auction for something I DID NOT ORDER nor DID I RECEIVE. Because my bank credited me back 2 payments of $49.95 each, they now say they will not refund me anymore monies. They owe me from January 2006 through July 2006 for $49.95 per month. I want my MONEY. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING NOR DO THEY HAVE ANY PROOF THAT I DID.
