The pill itself is a Rip-off. Guarantees that the pill will work in about 60 days, but some affect should be clearly noticed within a few days. Not true. Also, you cannot get a hold of them because their phones are always busy or just not answered. I then e-mailed them in order to get my membership canceled. After weeks of trying to get through to make sure that my e-mail was received and that no more pills were sent, I finally got through, but not before I noticed on my bank account that it had been charged again.

When I finally get through to customer service, I am told that only videos had been canceled and the pills were not, yet there was no charge in December. Not until early January did I see an additional charge for E-Vita Labs and in addition to their $45.41 charge for their product they include an addition $1.49 charge, and cannot give an explanation for it.

The customer service rep also claims that he does not know who receives the e-mails and that refunds may take from 30 to 60 days because they are back logged. And when asked who takes care of the refunds, he claimed that they do not take calls. How can he say that only the videos were canceled when the e-mail I sent specifically said to cancel any further shipments of Extenze and to have my membership canceled?
