Earthlink I returned their product UPS and Earthlink Inc have not returned my money. ripoff Atlanta Georgia
On February 4, 2006 I talked to someone over the phone and I also informed them that I had disk network and needed to upgrade my internet to DSL. I received it later and after having a professional installer and it didn't work. I contacted Earthlink and they said I would be sent a label to send it back UPS.
On March 7, 2006 I sent it back early that morning the next day Earthlink went into my checking and deducted $153.15 after being told that they wouldn't do that. I have talked to the following customer services representatives: Brycen, Albert, Gracey, Libby, Sandra Supervisor, Stacey, and Dean, Supv. to no avail. I was told on Monday, 3-20-06 a mistake was made the refund went to the wrong account.
On Wednesday, 3-23-06 I was told the refund had not been processed. This web-site is a ripoff and please don't order anything on line or if you do you may not get your money back after you return the merchandise.
