 Please see the emails below and make your own judgement. Take note there has been no response either time. 

This is redacted, I received four calls from eagle carport today, two on my phone and two from my wife's phone. Not to address the previous concerns listed below in my wife's email but to reverify the card card numbers that was used to pay for the carport. Let me point out those are my words not your customer service reps words or wording, who was a female and down right disrespectful and rude. I told the lady I was currently in the hospital, my wife having survey, brain and spine. This lady kept on saying she wanted the number. I told her I didn't have the card it was at home and I would call back when I got home, very argumentative, flat our calling me a liar so I hung up. I'm not in the mood for a crappy attitude form a disrespectful company anyway.  Then my wife's phone who I have because again she was in surgery. This time a man called. I told the man the same thing. He told me this is what I will do, I will have that information by tomorrow otherwise I will come get the carport. I told the male to come get the carport and I will see this company in court. 

Let me add, it is not my problem that your contractor was drunk when he arrived for the install. I don't have a problem providing the information for the card but If it is at home, I'm almost two hours from home, I'm not about to leave my wife who had been in surgery since 545 this morning.

I have a feeling this email, along with my wife's will continue to have no response but trust me, I will post this on any website and the BBB in response to this company's poor service. I am currently in redacted with my wife, almost two hours from home. After I told the first rep I would call when I get home, that should of sufficed. Again this is another great example of wonderful customer service. I would provide my number but it is apparent there is no problem contact my phone or wife's phone.

We received a call and were told the installation date would be Friday 08/09. My work requires I request leave in advance, once leave is approved this is final. I called eagle back, spoke with the same woman, when I asked to reschedule so I could give my work more notice of yet another day of leave, she stated she couldn't give another time when installation would be, she didn't know when the contractor would be back this way, take it or leave it. I told the woman this was poor customer service. Quite frankly she was rude and this is eagles first line of interaction for customers. 

I requested the contractor call me personally so I could have a better time frame.  She indicated they would call prior to showing up to install. So now I have had one day of leave, and another for the following Monday (today). Around three o'clock my husband begin calling eagle, all we are told is there are five people in front of us and the lady was unable to reach the contractor. 

At 7:15pm three individuals from Texas arrived, barely speaking English. They asked if the were in the right spot, I stated they were but stated they were suppose to call and be here by one, the main individual stated I've been busy and walked off.

The actual dealer we bought the carport from has been the only pleasant experience. I will never recommend this company due to the poor customer service all the way around. I paid for a product and a little decency would have been appreciated. I lost two days off work and treated poorly customer service wise Again I would never recommend eagle carports. If I would not of lost the 10% payment to the deal, I would of went with another company
