The names of alleged managers and employees you have named in your report do not exist at this business. I am the owner and I operate this business myself, and I have never had a manager. This report has been filed against my business and yet you are not a customer of my business, as there is no name of Gibson in my customer database. The previous owner, from 6 years ago, may have employed the ones you named, but that was 6 years ago. You may also be referring to a location that closed down in January of 2013, as we have received a lot of their calls from previous customers. If you need assistance in locating the appropriate business or responsible person, you may contact me and I will help in anyway that I can. I am unable to understand your complaint as it is written, therefore a phone call would be better for communication purposes. Since this is a permanent record that have you falsely filed against my business, you need to be more specific with dates, names, and location before I can be of any assistance in directing you to the actual responsible party.

I am the Owner and have no managers at my business. I run it myself. The name posted as author of this report I have no knowledge of that name. There has been no change in ownership since I bought this business. The names you mention are not names of anyone at this location. You should be very certain of who you are filing against before you post on a website like this. If you have a warranty issue you should contact the exact location where you took your vehicle. If you need assistance you may call me. The number is posted in this report. I am unable to determine your complaint as it is written, but if you call me perhaps it could be better communicated so I understand. Are you complaining about the Carrollton Eagle location that closed down? We have been receiving a lot of their calls.

Let me see if I have this straight:
The repair shop took a couple weeks, you were not happy about that.
They knew they were changing hands so they didn't properly do the work.
The transmission shifted really hard, so you took it back.
The shop didn't work on it because the shop had changed hands and they didn't want to warranty the previous owners work?
To top it all off you were out of town and they took advantage of that to ignore you.
Wow, did you ever get it right in the ear.
