Have you reported this to the companies they named as partners? I do not think they will have contact info but Royal Caribbean etc. should know their name is being used for a scam. Where did you go to the vacation seminar? The place it was held may have records and may get you a contact to get your money back. It really sucks that so many scammers are around.

It certainly appears there is a west coast based company called Fun Time Vacations that has been a big part of a rip off. However, there is a New Jersey based Fun Time Vacations, LLC that rents RV's. This company has nothing to do with cruises.

Same thing happened to us, only we didn't send money the second time, the $55 per person. I was skeptical already, and then when I called to ask questions about it, they simply answered the phone "hello" very unprofessional, so I did research. Google that number and you will find out that the same number we call for Curtis or Ray, the (571) 259 number, they use to set up personal ads in Craigslist. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but I don't think they can really do anything about it because they have lots of people filing complaints with Eagles Choice/Divine Getaways/Fun Time Vacations, and all they simply do is change their name. We need to get the police involved, if possible, or call our local news company where they have 7 on your side, or similar, to get people to be aware of this scam. We took a legitimate free cruise 6 years ago, but we didn't have to jump through hoops like this one, and only had to pay about $50. STAY AWAY FROM EAGLES CHOICE or FUN TIME VACATIONS, or DIVINE GETAWAYS. Oh, and they said to email Donna too, and they also said I would get my money back and have not received anything. They tell you anything to get you to stop calling them!
