Eagles Choice promoted a complimentary cruise for 7 days. We have after many steps not received it. We paid them $98. and $70. for which they refuse to give it back. The cruise amounted to what the full price that would Carnival would bill us. They said it would be port fees and taxes. We asked repeatedly for the money back. It is deceptive to offer a free complimentary cruise which would cost as much as we would pay to Carnival.
