Earnhardt Dodge Conract, not a contract.... Ripoff Mesa Arizona
Purchased an 07 Taurus May 13th, 2007 - deposits - 100 cash credit card, 200 check (cleared 05/18) remaining checks for 350 to be paid on 5-30 and 6-15.
Called me 5/25/07 stating they could not find a lender to accept the final payment of 350 on 6-15 they wanted it by the end of the month, or turn the car in. Turned the car in - while they are cooperative in refunding me deposits so far, the did not adhere to there end of the contract. Otherwise known as Mr. Ed., my opinion is if they cannot adhere to the original contract, one should not do business with them. No one has the right to change the terms of an agreement, and I am afraid in this case, it is their loss.
