East Coast Deals Outlet Not sure if this is another name for the above, but this company is appearing on facebook now selling the same solar robot the company name is did not receive item paid for and no way to contact them Internet
On 12/3 I ordered a solar robot kit off of a site on facebook. It was paid for in the amount of $42.59. I did not receive a tracking number so began trying to contact the company via email. The website says " we'll be back soon. Currently unavailable"
Phone number given says " Google subscriber you called is unavailable"
I have a copy of the confirmation of the order #8127 which says, Thank you for ordering, we are getting it ready to ship and will notify when sent. Still nothing.
Frustrated!! I hold facebook responsible too, as they obviously have not checked out these companies.
Now, on facebook the company "smart kids only" is selling the same item. Not sure if the same company. No mention is given.
I am not ok with this treatment.
