Complaint Review: EAST MESA JUSTICE COURT / Pure Paradise Holdings / Williams And Associates - Mesa Arizona

this matter will show unbelievable amounts of corruption and wrong doing in the legal system. what happened to innocent until proven guilty, and justice for the people. After all isnt that the purpose for having judges and lawyers and most of all courts?

It all started bout 3 plus years ago in EAST MESA JUSTICE COURT before judge johnson. When I was served with a summons to court on a forcible detainer issue, only the home in question, I owned. Mike Knipp acting on behalf of his clients, Ann and Larry Kline who claim to have purchased my home from the people who purchased it at a bank forclosure. Took me to court Klines were represented by Andrew M Hull, I on behalf of myself. Although this was a matter over title, the judge ruled against me and I was forced to move. 2 days later I decided to fight this issuse, moved back into my home and stood my ground. after all I had title. The Mesa Police were at my home daily. Finally, they made a decision that they were not getting involved by removing me and Sgt Lundsford went to Judge Johnson to find out what was goin on. Judge Johnson then denied them and forwarded the matter to the superior court, where it should have been in the first place. Kleines (notice different name spellings they use) abandoned that case, and brought a new case for FD action in superior court under new councel Trevor Fish before Commissioner Heghyi, I on behalf of myself, appeared in court and Commissioner Heghyi found me to have colorable claim to title, denying their forcible detainer.

Next case goes before Judge Swann in Pheonix superior court where the Kleines now add another person to their case. Keep in mind my home was never in a bank forclosure, in heghyis court they claim to have purchased it from my brother, never a deed from me to them anywhere. Anyway, do to my representing myself and filing a motion for summarry judgement without a separate statement of facts, Swann issues them a judgement. Michael Plati is theire counsel, now its time I obtain counsel. $20,000.00 My counsel goes in gets the judgement overturned when Judge Swann takes in under advisement and rules they are not Bona Fied purchasers. Wow its over, started in late 2004, now its 2006, its finally over!!! Wrong!!!

They continually file frivilous documents, E- File mind you, claim in Jan 2007 the same judge that over turned his judgement ruling they were not bona fied, granted them another judgement only he did not even sign this one. it was e-filed. they then sell the property to guess who MIKE KNIPP PURE PARADISE HOLDINGS LLC. Company established in july of 2007.

In August of 2007 Im issued a summons to court superior court on a FD action before you guessed it Commisioner Heghyi, the same person said I had colorable claim. A jjudgement issued against me, Writ to issue. his counsel is Mark Zinman Williams and Associates. I do not move. Scott E Williams (formerly working under Andrew M Hull) Yeah the very first lawyer in the beginning. He initiates a case out of East Mesa JP Judge Chiles for FD. I say its a matter over title, that doesnt matter. he issues a judgement, constable taylor serves writ. i go to appeal and pay a cost bond, they tell me your done here come back and you will be arrested. I go to Superior Court before HONORABLE JUDGE KREAMER for emergency TRO he sends me back to jp to file motion for cost bond hearing even though i may be arrested i have to follow court procedure. December 3 2007 I do this. JP does not even go on record tells me to get my but out of his courtroom and dont come back without counsel. I turn to my fiance and son and say "I knew this was a mistake" JP orders me arressted, by a security guard who was supposed to be checking people in, she reaches between my fiance and son grabbing my arm before i even exited the courtroom, now Im accused of assault, who assaulted who I was then taken to Mesa, then to Lower Buckeye jail where I was held for 21 days I was released on a Habeus Corpus Dec 24 2007 . im still fighting this matter, although my fiance and son were there they were ordered to leave the court. Why because they witnessed it all.

Where is the justice? The message seems to be "Even if it is yours, Its not"

The legal system is supposed to help people, not help rip them off. These people are just one big circle of theives, and they are going to continue to make a mockery of the justice system. If you dont have the money to fight it. Guess What, YOU LOSE!!!!!!. Well Guess what, I wont just lay down and take it. I will fight for whats mine. It aint over.

If theres anyone out there who beleives in justice for the people, im open to suggestions. Ive been to the media, theyd rather help someone find their lost turtle, ive been to the AGs they lost my paperwork, where do i go next? Is there anyone out there that just beleives in the law and doing whats right? Rather than taking money you dont have and doing nothing
