Company charged an incorrect amount on my credit card via a phone payment using my credit card. After several attempts to resolve, they refused.
Please beware of this company. Only pay by cash or check. They are not to be trusted. They start off very nice, but are very ghetto, unprofessional, and rude. Apparently their company is struggling and they needed the extra money.
This company will not succeed by tacking advantage of their customers.... Please ALWAYS get an invoice or quote in WRITING!
