Easy Saver Rip off Blue Ridge Summit Pennsylvania
I purchased flowers from proflowers and easy saver was able to access my debit account by submitting my email address to them to redeem a coupon. About a month later my account was charged $14.95. I called my bank cancelled my card and filed a fraud charge. Then I called easy saver and they immediately cancelled my account and credit my banking account. I proceed to call proflowers and gave the first person, Ken, my problems. He transferred my case to his superviser Sarah who proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that I did not read the fine print at the bottom of the add that gave proflowers permission to disclose my information to easy saver. I gave Sarah a piece of my mind and got into an arguement with her and hung up the phone. I called back later to cancel my account and dealt with a lady who got into a screaming match with me because she wasn't listening. She ended up giving my corp's number because only corp can cancel an account. When I spoke with Kathleen at corp she was much more understanding and said that numerous complaints were being filed and that she understood my frustration. She proceeded to say she could refund my money from my previous order in December but told her nothing could change my mind about her company and that I no longer wanted to be affiliated with her company and told her that everyone of my friends and relatives would be told about this experience. She then apologized and cancelled my account. Corp's number is 858-729-2800 this number can be used to speak with corp or to cancel your account with proflowers.
