Easy Warm Floor is a credit card ripp-off company. This company promised to provided engineered drawings and specific electrical details and requirements prior to a final agreement and charging my the credit card. THEY IN FACT CHARGED THE CARD IMMEDIATELY ! and never provided drawings or specifications. They send a roll of wire which has no use and refused to accept it back. When I noticed they charged the card the day after I first spoke to them and, prior to receiving anything (plans, electrical specs, or product), I called the company to ask why they charged the card. The owner started immediately yelling at me. I called the bank who then called the owner who again yelled at the bank man. The bank told him they would reverse the charge and he screamed he would sue me and the bank. He is a foreign man with a very short temper and a poor command for the English language. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
