We constantly review accounts for quality control and, based on your particular situation, we felt a refund was in order. We are sorry to hear that you did not understand our terms of how our offer works. As with every order the customer must check a box stating that they have read and understand how our offer works. It states that it is a 10 day trial from the date of order and after the 10 days if you like the product do nothing and we will automatically bill your card 78.23 for the full 30 day supply of the teeth whitening shipment we sent you. If you do not wish to be billed the 78.23 then call us or cancel online and set up for a return of the product within the 10 day trial.
As with every message we receive we contact the customer back within 24 business hours. We are sorry if you did not receive our call back but I assure you we call every message that we receive back.
Again we apologize for any misunderstanding that you had but our terms are clearly stated in our offer. We also email a copy of the terms to you once the order is complete and supply a copy of the terms with your shipment.
