This add is extremely misleading. It promises a free sample for under $1.99.

For a $1.99 free sample, I spent hours of my time and aggravation at the post office to cancel this product order. Definitely NOT worth the time or money spent to return the unopened product.

Dear Gmfitz222, We are sorry about the confusion regarding our advertisement for a "free trial" of our teeth whitening product. In your complaint, you talk about a "free sample". Unfortunately we don't offer free samples. We only offer a free trial of our full product. None of our websites list a "free sample", but rather a "free trial", which is a way for our customers to try our products before committing to purchasing them. We send a full 30-day supply of our teeth whitening product on a 10 day trial period. I am sorry if you misunderstood the offer. The terms of the offer are very clear and very conspicuous on our website. You also stated in your complaint that you spent hours at the postal service, but in reviewing your account, when you canceled you agreed to keep the product at a discounted price. This would eliminate the need to go to the post office altogether. Again, we are sorry you were confused about our trial offer, but it appears this matter has been closed. Sincerely, EasyWhite Labs
