Dear Summer, We are sorry to hear that you did not read or understand the terms of our product before ordering. As with every order the customer has to check a box stating that they have read and understand how the offer works. Our terms are very clear and in 12 point font. We also email the terms to you once the order is submitted and supply a copy of the terms with the first shipment. The terms state that it is a 10 day trial and that we will mail out the full 30 day supply of our product. If the account is not canceled within those 10 days then we would charge the 78.23 for the full 30 day supply that you received and then you would be automatically set up for our monthly mailing program. You had agreed to this when you submitted the order by checking the box stating you have read and understand how our offer works. In reviewing your account we show that you did call and cancel and accepted to keep the last shipment at a discounted price.
