I was contacted via an e-mail by Sophie Vaghn representing A to Z Cash System for a work at home internet business.  Sophie gave me a certificate for a "100% 60-Day Money Back Guarantee". However, in the body of the certificate is stated "If at ANYTIME you're IN ANY WAY unhappy, let me know, and I will refund every penny you paid."  'NO QUESTIONS, AND NO EXCUSES!"

I contacted the customer support service by chat room and cancelled the program after a few months and requested a refund which by now amounted to $583.97.   I was told an escalated request will be sent to the refund department and I would no longer be billed.  Unfortunately I took their word for it but I was still billed and no refund came through.  

I realized I did not get a refund so I contacted them a few months ago and they will only refund $144.00.  I do not have a physical address for them or I would do more complaints against them.
