Easyrealtysites.com Craig Grant - VP HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT A "LARGE" "SUCCESSFUL" COMPANY AT ALL Internet, Florida
I have a few different website and have had many website providers for various markets. For my Real Estate Website i choose to work with a Company based in Florida with the idea of keeping it local would be best for my community. Well the company, easyrealtysites.com and it's owner, Craig Grant seemed like a good fit. Craig puts on training at local real estate boards setting himself up as an expert. Expert at getting you to sign on the dotted line he might be but expert an anything else is questionable. For his tech support you have to call and leave 3-4 voicemail's. Then at the end of the day after his tech support is done doing webs design and building they call back all the customers that called in that day.
SO THERE REALLY IS NO TECH SUPPORT, THEY ARE JUST THE WEBSITE BUILDERS. This means that if you have a technical problem with your website or need an answer to a question, YOU WILL NOT GET IT QUICKLY. As Craig is the owner of the firm and VP of Sales, you would think he cares about quality of service. HE doesn't His exact words are, which I have read other say he has said to them, " I am Sales, NOT support, I pay people for Customer Support. Call them at 954-341-7031....GOOD LUCK. Today, 5 voicemail's first one was at 10am when we were working on the website, and we called once an hour to see if Tech Support or Customer Service was around.
Here is my RECOMMENDATION, DO NOT USE CRAIG GRANT or EASYREALTYSITES.COM as they are just out for the quick buck and quick sale. Quality they do not offer, and since Craig Grant and his company Easyrealtysites.com is just a reseller of the backbone that Coolsites.com and Colony1.com offer you can find better quality customer service out there.

Company came through in a pinch today!! Go easyrealtysites.com I am happy to say all problems were addressed in a professional manner and seems our business relationship will be that of success down the road.
