I ordered chocolate from Eating Evolved. I received the product melted with bitter goo on one side and bitter chocolate powder on the other. The biodegradable paper covering the chocolate was also melted into the goo, making it impossible to remix and chill in the freezer. Every bite was bitter paper go or powder. I contacted customer service and was promptly told, it was my fault for not knowing that I should order with express shipping. Classy. There are many companies that can ship chocolate bars without the melting issue. I have received melted bars but they did not seperate and could easily be chilled.
