If they were hitting your Credit Card, you have recourse. Call the Credit Card company IMMEDIATELY and dispute the unauthorized charges. If you used a Debit Card (check card) it's a little tougher, but you need to file a protest with your bank, file a police report (send a copy to the bank) and you can file online complaints with the FBI and the Better Business Bureau. The Salt Lake City Police Department has their own website, you can e-mail them with your complaint as well. They never responded to me, but at least they have been notified that they have a den of thieves on their turf. Another thing you can do is refer the credit card comany to this website for reference, which I did while I was doing battle with the den of thieves in Salt Lake City. I referred my bank, my local police, the FBI and the Salt Lake City Police to this website for reference and I'm sure that helped give my complaint more credibility. I got my money back, every dime and I hope you do too. Cheers, the Crusader
