I bought something from trinitygoldonline AKA Trinity Jewlery on Ebay, item number #250406481425, from seller Sherri Mishoe. I paid for the item back on the 16th of April, Paypal sent me notification that the seller submitted a track and confirm number and this is what USPS reports:

Label/Receipt Number: 9101 1288 8230 0680 9730 13

Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on April 17, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item.

This was only numbers that were provided, this did not mean that the item was shipped. This also was shipping Priority Mail, which is 2-3 days delivery.

At the time of checkout when I paid for my item, this seller also charged me $1.85 for shipping costs, and in the auction it was posted FREE SHIPPING? I requested a refund for that, the seller never responded.

I never did receive the item I bought to date 5-8-09? I sent 7 emails to this seller asking whats going on, and if they could help in tracking this package or at least tell me if the item ever did ship? No responce to any emails sent to seller through Ebay? I also spent long distance money to place 3 phone calls to their business in North Carolina with the number provided by Ebay, and of course, no phone calls were returned? I was now forced to file a complaint with Paypal on the matter, which was filed on the 27th of April as that was now 10 days gone, and still no package Priority Mail?

Sherri Mishoe has now decided not to comply with Paypals requests for an answer to whats going on with my item, and why I never received it? Sherri Mishoe decided not to answer them either!

This company ripped me off, and took my hard earned money and kept it, and never shipped my item! They have no concern what so ever to requests for help in this situation and they made their buyer go through all these hassels for no reason at all! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, and if anyone is going to plan on buying from them, be very cautious and please read all negative feedbacks posted from all disgruntled buyers, you will see the same as they did to me. Unfortunatley...I did not pay attention to those details at the time I choose trinitygoldonline to business with.

I will be reporting all information to the Business Bureau, Ebay Trust and Safety Fraud department. Credit reporting agencies, and any other legal rights I have in this matter.

In closing I wanted to post what Sherri Mishoe has on her ME Page on Ebay...it's quit funny!

"We try to please our customers 100% but if we do not, then a email to Sherri @ will try to get the job done."
