First, Make this a lesson learned to *NEVER* send anything before payment has been received and cleared. Second, go to Safe Harbor in Ebay and file a complaint against the user in question. Third, if it was sent by the US Postal Service to the buyer, file a complaint with the US Postal service for mail fraud for them not paying.

Forget Michaels response, he is an idiot... However, you should never ship an item until it is paid in full. You have no recourse in this, you shipped, you didn't get paid, you're out the item and your money. Take this as a lesson learned. I hope it wasn't an expensive item, like a car...
