EBAY IS RUN BY THEIVES !!! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO OR CHECKING INFO San Jose California
Ebay decided to suspend my account after sending me an email saying they did not like one of my listings and I fixed it. They withdrew money from my account without permission and then proceded to attempt to take more money out every week until I finally go hold of them on the phone and made them remove the checking account.
I now have a balance in my checking of -$154 and they will not pay it saying it was not their fault, yet it was them causing multiple $22 overdraft charges. BEWARE!!!! They said they gave my account a $15 dollar credit and that the $15 credit on an account I cannot access is good enough for the $154 they cost me.

On July 21, 2003 eBay suspended my account abruptly on the basis that I had incurred on Spamming. Previously on around July 20, 2003 I had filed a complaint of sabotage to eBay. Someone was coming into my eBay account and altering my auctions. It was pretty obvious that the person that was sabotaging my eBay account was also sending Spam. Have you notice that eBay doesnt have a telephone? Why is that? Are they afraid of something? I am very unhappy with them. They treated me very badly. As of today I havent heard anything from them. They claim to be a good company, but they dont provide the service that they claim to provide. This is not professional. Several of my clients experienced disruptions on behalf of the sabotager. That is not good for eBay. This kind of electronic sabotage should not be allowed. I will contact the FBI and file a fraud complaint. The fact that they havent contacted me, tells me that they are hiding something.\ I wish your stock tanks for some kind of accounting fraud or trading scandal for having treated me like this.
