ebay.com ebay/paypal and bill diederich ebay/paypal and bill diederich scammed me on ebay services online over iphone3g, Internet
I sold perfect condition iphone3g on ebay.com to bill diederich for 105.45 dollars and after buyer received it said it was broken, I had no returns on used items but buyer filed fradulent report on ebay on me and said phone didnt work and wanted to return it but never did. Then changed stories and kept phone filed complaint with paypal and got paypal to give full refund back after dispute. It took ebay less than a day to make a shady decision and obviously went with crooked buyer. Now im out a phone and my money 105.45.
Ebay sent message said for me to close file dispute and refund money or id be intitled to pay seller fees and his. So I did. They said for buyer to ship back and wouldnt get refunded until he proved he shipped within 10 days. well 10 days are over and buyer nevber responded or called or shipped but of course kept my phone they said didnt work. Thats shady and now ebay wont stand up for sellers or there own rules obviousley ebay/paypal are scammers with outragious price gouging crooks along with bill diederich. Buyer kept stating he was a soldier over and over with army. Im contacting the military and file a dispute too now. ebay transaction 200787348869 buyer 402omaha... buyers beware of this character he will rip you off like he did me.

So you shipped off a product and according to your report your customer received a broken item and you refused to give him his money back? This is why ebay offers something called buyer protection.
