Ebizprogram Free Trial Rip Off Baca Raton Florida
This company offers a 15 day free trial for a dietary supplement, Total Cleanse. They get your bank info once you sign up but deduct $78.84 from your account before the free trial is up. They require you to return your unused portion of the product if not satisfied but you must call them at a phone number that you cannot access to get an RMC number in order to return the product. They will not accept the return without this so called RMC number. Because of this unauthorized debit from my account, I went to my bank which was no help. The bank stated since I authorized the debit for the free trial, I also authorized the illegal debit. I don't get that and am not through with my bank. After numerous tries I was finally able to get an answer. I was then told I had to fax my phone records showing I tried to call that number. I was given a transition number and the fax number. I faxed the records, however, did not see my money refunded. I had to go through the dialing marathon again but after a few days got an answer. That time I was told the fax had not been received. I had a confirmation page which confirmed my fax was transmitted successfully. I am not giving up this fight but I don't want any one else to go through this agony. Please do not ever respond to a free trial offer especially from this company.
