I am sorry about your loss and I know all about Bill Leonard. Their new angle is to have business owners pay for their own google business listing if they don't pay. If a business has not claimed their listing in google, anyone can go in and edit or delete it. This is extortion at it's finest. 100% Scam and everyone needs to clog up their phones! 951-894-8620 BILL LEONARD TOP RANK LISTINGS IS A FRAUD!! They had to change their name friom Eboost media because the first four pages on google had them pegged as the scammers they are. NEW NAME SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT SCAM!

I had a similar experience with an SEO company. They didn't get me up on Google either. It doesn't matter if they say they are out of business or whatever. The fact is that the credit card processors hold large funds in abeyance when companies have lots of charge backs. This company had many charge backs and there is probably at least a months worth of their revenue being held in trust for people like you. Contact your credit card company and tell them you didn't receive the service and that they won't refund your money. Your bank ie: credit card issuer will go back to the processor of this merchant and will deduct it from the deposit that was required when they authorized the company to accept credit card payments. The money is usually held for 6 months after a company closes its door or changes names etc. In other words just complain to your credit card company and be insistent about it. You'll get a refund on your credit card.
