I went to this business ( EBS auto electric ) because i was looking for a good deal on a starter for my car. They sold me one ..with much less of a warranty than the regular auto parts stores. The part Kevin Sexton sold me did not work. this problem caused my repair bills to skyrocket because i had to go out and buy a new part from Advance Auto parts (who are reliable) and I had to pay the mobil mechanic twice to come out and fix my car.. it was not the mechanic's fault that the shop (Ebs auto electric )  and Kevin Sexton sold me a bad part. 

When i called Ebs auto electricthey said that they did not have any more of that part in stock. I was instructed to contact  Kevin Sexton, the owner, and he said that i should come to his shop again. he then took my paperwork and acted like this internet was down so he could NOT give me a refund back on my credit card. he said he had no cash to give me a refund with.. he asked me for my address and promised me a check.

Weeks have gone by and they laugh and hang up on me and make intimidating threats for me to " come on down and make my case to them in person.. and Kevin Sexton said :  Dont hold your breath for a refund from me.. that explains why i see pistols laying around and a sign that reads : " procedure for taking Heat from customers " ..maybe they screw many customer... I am not at all pleased at being outright stolen from... and disrespected by such a man as kevin sexton ..as he is a thief and a liar.

I advise anyone that wants to be treated right to stick with a major chain supplier that can be trusted.

Ebs Auto Electric has been in business since 1966 and A plus rating with BBB,this complaint is not a true reflections of events or even close to truth The part purchased was installed by the customer and a mobile mechanic and they did not charge the battery or check open voltage before installing and also installed in a very old car with many,many miles,many facts are not told in this false report
