I placed an order for two books one week ago. Both books were claimed to be "in stock" and that they would be shipped in 2-3 days. Well it is one week later and no books. I needed them yesterday. I checked ecampus.com to find that one order was cancelled and the other was still on back order. Now I have to find another place to get the one book and wait another week (at least) for the other book. It is an incredibly inefficient system and the customer rep. I spoke to displayed absolutely no sympathy for my situation. Find another source for books.
