17 weeks after ecampus received my textbook, and after filing a BBB complaint I finally have a check for my buyback. The answer to the BBB complaint, and my check were received on the same day. The ecampus letter to the Better Business Bureau blames the delay on a conversion of their databases and processing abilities to a new system. They claim their current delay is 10-14 weeks. They did not explain why I was still waiting for payment after 17 weeks. I appreciate the BBB of Central and Eastern Kentucky for getting my check processed. I believe I would still be waiting for payment if they had not contacted ecampus on my behalf!
