Sounds highly suspicious. Did they just call out of the blue and demanded money from you? Did you do any business with them? Did they give you any kind of proof that you owe this money at all? No city and state: How can you wire money somewhere without a city or state? (I haven't done a Western Union in awhile, but I am assuming that they require that piece of information.) Bottom line, if they are not forthcoming with any verifiable information regarding this alleged debt, don't send them one penny! You have a right to know and get proof of any indebtness. Please provide more details so that others can you give more concrete assistance. Good luck!
