Echo Global Logistics Have failed to keep promised pick up and delivery of LTL item chicago Illinois
Echo Global Logistics is an LTL Load Broaker operating on Uship and located in Chicago Il. They require complete pre-payment up front, That should have been a clue. They collect lots of information on customer and who knows what these crooks do with it. Nothing would surprise me. The Bill of ldeing , Credit Card aiuthorization, and all other paper work is provided by customer to Echio, They then, supposedly find an LTL carrier to pick up and deliver your product to a near by truck terminal.
Although they have had my money and all of the paper work now for some time, they have yet to secure a pick up of the item. Multiple times they have said "It will be picked up tomorrow" When it is not pickled up, they have some lame a*s excuse over and over again.
Thjes m**o's should not be al;lowed on Uship or any other load board. Totaly incompitant, and completely dishonest.
