I hope on-line buyers will use caution if they decide to purchase from this company.
My experience is a product that was not as described, did not function as described.
They did not respond to any of my complaints, offered no product support, and also ignored a refund request. And this product came with a "100% satisfaction guarantee".
Once the product was paid for, that was the end of their communication with me - period, and the guarantee vanished.
I'm out a lot of money for a product that is dismal and pretty much dysfunctional.
Be sure to buy with a credit card so that you can get a chargeback if there are problems and they don't respond. Federal Law gives you 1-year to dispute defective merchandise - which is NOT a billing error - so don't let the Bank give you that line. Chargebacks are under "Claims & Defenses" and gives the longer time period of one year. I'd suggest that you don't use a Debit Card, since the Bank may only give you 60-days, and that goes by quickly.
Strangely, they are a five star rated customer satisfaction with Yahoo! Shopping. Best to complain to them too if they don't back-up their products or their "guarantee".
I hope this will help people have a better on-line shopping experience! No one needs headaches from on-line merchants, especially when they display logos that purport that they are highly rated at customer satisfaction when actually they don't care about you once they have your money.
