I have already sent a letter,maybe if we all fight this we can get some action.I can't believe they can sell a productfor a 10 day trial when you dont't recieve it on day 12.Took money out on 10th day.I returned it and guess what got it back in 2 days.Come on folks lets stick together and fight this RIP OFF.Good Luck
