http://www.ecklerscorvette.com/ are the worst in customer service.  They lie without regard.  They said they were experts in the filed of OEM replacement perts and they have partrs "on the shelf" and ready to go.  Not only was that a lie, but when I called to make inquires on the status of my parts I was informed they were being "dropped shipped" from the manufacture, and they could not control when they were shipped.  

Also, when I finally received the parts, they were the wrong parts.  I called to get assistance and to determine what happened, they said they didn't know which was the right part as the "techs" did not know how the parts were used or how they were placed on the vehicle.  So much for being experts.

I wasted hours on the phone with their customer service department who were uniformly rude, arrogant, and used the "hold button" to ignore my requests.  Never will I do business again with them - they misrepents their pricing info and add fees and charges to up their price - They are the worst I have ever dealt with and I hope this helps others become informed before getting suckered by their lies and misrepresentations.
