ECMC Educational Credit Management Corp. Rude, underhanded,disrespectfuland threatening! St Paul, Minnesota
These people are very rude, and they threaten with jail and taking my income tax returns! I dont owe any Student Loan,and cant get rid of these people! They keep calling even though ive sent two letters so far to quit calling me at home! They call every couple of days and use a different person all claiming they have no letter on file,or they are new and have no idea about a letter not to call at home!
I have explained to them over and over i dont owe any Student Loan, and ive been told they dont care i owe them ?? And, they keep adding 1k a year in fees,and now claim i owe 5k!? From not owing to adding 1k a year for the last 5 years and i cant get them to stop calling or sending threatening letters!! I dont understand why somebody doesnt do something with these people?? Obviously this is an illegal act and out right scam and theft!
