Complaint Review: Eco Quest International - Greenville Tennessee

I am/was & still are a victim of Eco Quest & Best Finance!!! First of all for all of you who do not know, Eco Quest it self has only been in business for 8 years! if you go to www.mlmwatch.org & read the report's on ALPINE & Eco Quest & their sister company Living Air, you will understand the TRUTH!

I had been looking for a home based bus. & at the same time I was also looking for an air purifier, so I thought this would work out great, WRONG!!! I bought my unit from a person whom states he has been working for Eco Quest for 15 years. Well that is a lie! He also told me straight out, that it is GOOD for people with alergies & people with breathing problems! NOT!!!

After I bought the unit for an outragious price, I called the numberto set it up because it comes with instructions to do that. Well the instructions on the phone were just as bad as if I had asked a monkey how to use it!

So I did call the person I bought it from & he was no help either. He told me to call the number again.

Well, to get to my point.The Living Air unit made me very sick. I was nausea, & had bad headaches from it. Plus I was talked into selling them. I spent $400.00 on leads, which none of them were interested in. NOT ONLY THAT BUT.... my mentor was calling my leads without me! Without me what so ever! Wasn't helping me & when I reached out for help from someone else she got mad!

So now & I am paying $900.00 for a machine that I have stopped using because it mad me sick, paying $200.00 a pop for leads that where leading me only further into debt because of my mentor.

Also when I first got the pitch to buy the unit, I was told it works great for smoke & food odors, as well as mold, mildew, bacteria & dust. When I became a dealer I was told by both my mentor & the other person who I reached out for help from that we are not supose to tell people that because it has not been proven, & it only works on smoke.

Yet on the calls that I was on with the person I reached out to, she was saying it. Actually on the night calls, when they put everyone on mute & call someone, I have heard them say the same pitch.

Oh & we where not aloud to sell them on ebay but yet, suprise there they are!!

It is a pyarmid scheme that should go down!

I tried sending mine back & no one would take it back because it is used & they can't resell it!!! What ever happed to standing behind their product? They don't & they don't care about anyone's health or anyone at all. I have not said all that I want to but I will tell you this, IF you are a dealer, be ware because a day will come, maybe soon, that you could be being sued for selling a faulty harmfull product, because remember it is YOUR OWN HOME BUS. & you are responsible for YOUR bus.

So any of you who may be having any of those weary feelings about the company or it's products, follow your instincts & stay away! Think about it! I have & I learned the hard way!!!

If you want a home based bus. do your homework, investigate very well, ask ALOT of questions, & remember if it sounds to good to be true, IT IS!!!
