econo auto painting unprofessional business practices spartanburg, South Carolina
I took my car to this shop for body work and painting. I was told my car would be the same color and it is also on the paperwork.
I went to pick my car up it was a totally different color.It went in crimson red and came out wine. I tried to talk to the manager at the location who snatched the paperwork out of my hand and said that he don't care I can leave my car there for 30 days and he will go to the courts for the title and sale it.
I contacted the district manager who said that my car would be repainted. When I got there to pick my car up it's still not the color it was when I took it there. The car was repainted on the top but the bottom was still the same color as the first day I complained.
Please do not take your car to this place. They are very unprofessional and not trustworthy.
