We were struggling finanacially and looking for a home business opportunity to help us financially. Some people from EcoQuest contacted us and talked us into becoming a dealer.

We purchased a unit as well as a success pack because they said it would help us start our business. After some training calls we tried selling a unit and knew the business wasn't for us. We contacted our manager that we didn't think this was the business for us but they basically told us that we couldn't quit and to keep trying.

The units were financed through Best Finance and kept getting put more payments on our credit card. The business that we thought would help us has put us more in debt.

We've tried to return the products through EcoQuest and have been told there is a 30% restocking fee and 50% depreciation on units that are less then one year old. Plus they said they will charge us shipping charges of $150 for each box and we had two so it will be $300. This is what the return alternative coordinator told us over the phone. Basically she agreed we'd only get half our money back if that because this doesn't even include the interest and other fees on our credit card.

We were told by the training calls that these units would sale like hot cakes and that they would sale themselves basically but everyone we discussed them with weren't interested when they heard the price.

Please don't even think about becoming a dealer or have anything to do with EcoQuest or you will learn the hard way like we have!
