then when i called customer service they never answer they call you in the middle of the night or the crack of dawn to tell you its a user error before you even get to tell them the problem. there are people that do not own a craftwell e craft machine telling you that it all of a sudden not lining up and cutting into perfect svgs is a user error it most sertianly is not them saying so should be defermation. they never never never never anwser the phone ans when they call you back they are ignorant to how the product even works no i did not puncuate because that was one long angry rant!!!!
Craftwell Coustomer service is suckish at best. they are ignorant to thete own product. there reprsentives never answer the phone. they just call you back whenever the heck they feel like it.
there clame is it is a matless cutting machine. that is an out right lie! im not a stay at home crafter, i am a grafigs desiner who needs to be able to cut the custom designs i make. if it were user error then i would have the same problem with every decal i cut. this is not the case.
when i report my problem i have to wait for a call back every every every time because there policy is not to anwser the phone,but to call you when it is convienent for them.then when they do call you only get to talk to someone who does not even own, let alone use the product they claim has no problems what so ever.
do not waist your money get a crickit or pay the extra hundred dollare for the big ones. it will save you a ton of waisted materials in the long run ,and lots of gray hairs.im so angry i could drice to :new york from Louisiana by an outraged Cajun names wendy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
