Ecycle Best Ecyclebest stole from me! Sparks Nevada
The first time I used Ecyclebest, I sent my HTC X + phone and they estimated $400. I used a prepaid label from the company and sent my phone in. After almost 3 months of calling and emailing them practically eveyday I finally reached a real person. They told me they never received my phone so I could only get a $100 security check. I checked with usps and it shows that the phone did make it to their facility successfully. The second and last time I used Ecyclebest, I sent them my 2008 MACBook pro. I was estimated $900 and they sent a check to me for $200. By the time I received the check it was already past the time they give to dispute the money amount. They never returned emails and most of the time when I called their number, the call would get disconnected.
