THIS LETTER WAS WRITTEN BY A FORMAL COLLEAGUE OF ED ARENAS WHO BORROWED 10,000 FROM HER IN EXCHANGE FOR A NAME THAT WAS EXPIRED WORTHLESS. THE NAME UNEEQ CASTEENG HAD GONE OUT OF BUISNESS 2 YEARS PRIOR. ARENAS NEVER PAID TAXES NEVER PAID FINES  AND THEN WHEN HE WAS ON THE BALLS OF HIS a*s, SOLD SOMETHING THAT HE DIDNT OWN TO A PAWNBROKER THAT DOESNT KNOW HER a*s FROM HER ELBOW. SHE TRADEMARKED THE NAME AND ILLEGALLY TOOK ARENAS OFF OF IT TO PROTECT HIM AND TO TRY AND EMBEZZLE FUNDS FROM THE TRUE OWNER OFTHE FORSCLOSED ASSETT ONCE FORMALLY KNOWN AS UnIIIKCASTING. THAT NAME WAS ACTUALLY BOUGH BY A DENTAL LAB AFTER ARENAS WENT BANKRUPT. THE LETTER BELOW WAS WRITTEN BY TTHIS PAWN SHOP BROKER WHILE SHE WAS TRYING TO STEAL THE NAME HERSELF AND GO INTO BUISNESS WITH THE NEW OWNER. THE NEW OWNER OF THE CASTING ENTITY IS CURRENTLY SUING BOTH ARENAS AND PAWN BROKER DUNCAN FOR EMBEZZLEMENT, AND FEDERAL FRAUD.

This should help you to understand his behavior. Below you will find the profiled behavior of a sociopath which fits. Sociopaths hold it together a long time. They are charming. Then their charm breaks down and they lose it, hence, John Gacy, Ted Bundy. They begin to do the wildest, stupidest things because not only are they mentally broken, but they are mentally breaking down completely. You can see the total resemblance. This will help you to understand who and what you are dealing with. Most people do not understand the definition of a Sociopath. Sociopaths are not normal and do not operate under a normal person's thought process/pattern which means you cannot expect their behavior to match what you "think" should be and is appropriate behavior. There is no rhyme or reason to their behavior, no explanation and no way to predict their behavior which can be completely random, sporadic and totally bizarre.

What I have found in business is the best thing you can do is hold your tongue on anything to say about him from an emotional perspective, which I know is hard at this point, because you have every right to be totally pissed. But, instead to comment repeating a rehearsed non-emotional business statement to those that would ask--it can be "He is no longer in the company's employment." and that's it. End of conversation. Then talk about the business and making money. Keep the focus of the conversation off him totally no matter who you are talking to, because there are those that will repeat everything you say about him and you want to give him nothing in hearsay. You only talk about what you want your best client to hear, because you can bet he/she will hear AND REPEAT whatever is said. If you show professionalism where he is concerned in every way it will blow over and he will bury himself in running his mouth. That way you look good, the client's love you because they know you can be professional and show grace under pressure in a business that is always pressurized--this is important to the client that wants to know you can keep things under wraps and not wear everything on your sleeve. It is imperative that the general public not know your private business. What you show is the positive side of Unique--remembering in the back of your mind, he is history--You are the future and Unique is doing fabulous. People believe what they perceive. Give them them right perception which is You and Unique are doing well and busier than ever.

Glibness and Superficial Charm

Manipulative and Conning They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

Grandiose Sense of Self Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."

Pathological Lying Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

Shallow Emotions When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

Incapacity for Love

Need for Stimulation Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

Callousness/Lack of Empathy Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.

Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.

Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.

Irresponsibility/Unreliability Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.

Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.
