Today is January 8, 2015.  I have been trying to cancell this order since I made it on November 17, 2014.

When I wanted to cancel an hour after the order, I was told it was already processed, but I took until November 28, 2014 for them to ship.

I refused the shipment through UPS on December 16th and it was returned to a corporate address (it was the return address on their shipping label) that did not take back merchandise.  The merchandise is now being held by UPS

They do not return phone calls or emails.  Sears seems to be unable and unwilling to get a refund for me.  Two months is too long to take for a refund.  Be very wary of Sears links to other companies, God only knows who I was really ordering from.

My bill on my charge card says Sears not Edealszone.

I feel they lied at their order processing, avoid emails and phone calls to return merchandise, and intentionally use a return address on packages to further avoid taking returns.

Sears service attempts are ineffectual, and they keep pushing the return responsiblity back on me and not standing behind the merchadise they sell through their web-site.

Do not buy from Edealszone.com.  Very shady!
