Eden-Barn Industries Eden-Barn Foundation Look Out For "Uncle" Frank the Millionaire Philanthropist and Eden Barn Reno, Nevada
Eden-Barn is a company promoted by Sandy Rainey claiming to be able to arrange low interest home loan financing after paying an upfront fee of $2,000.
In September of 2009 we were introduced to a company called Eden-Barn (EB) by a friend of ours who is now also a victim of this scam. We were scammed for $2,200 on September 13, 2009 that included a $200 fee to expedite our application. We were scammed by a Woman named Sandy Rainey who was promoting a humanitarian real estate scam, Eden-Barn. Sandy was promoting membership in the company (EB). Sandy made a variety of claims leaving one with the impression that once you have been accepted by Eden-Barn and they formed your Limited Partnership (LP) it would be about 90 days and your LP would be funded with a low interest loan by Eden Barn allowing you to purchase a home at an unbelievably low interest rate and payment. Example: a $350,000 15 year loan would have a monthly payment of approx $838.00
Sandy, (tel: 916.663.0179) claimed that Eden-Barn was funded by a self made millionaire name Frank Stempfer whom she met one day wandering around outside her property at 8265 State Hwy # 193 Newcastle, CA 95658, in California. Frank convinced Sandy to leave her $150,000 a year job to join him in this humanitarian effort. Frank, being the philanthropic millionaire that he is, had decided to use his Non-Profit Foundation (Eden-Barn Foundation) to fund LPs through which Eden-Barn members could purchase homes. Frank, after all, had a very successful Canadian Company called Eden-Barn Industries that was making millions through mining, manufacturing telecommunications and real estate to name a few of Franks diversified ventures. Sandy also claimed that Frank had been a major player in the Reagan Administration.
Eden-Barn Industries in Canada is not what it was represented to be. Eden-Barn is a shell company whose only address, 10154 St Sw Suite 1130, Calgary, AB,T2R 1J4 (or, 1015 4 St. SW Suite 1130, Calgary, AB., T2R I J4) and telephone number, 403-252-9937, is the law firm that acts as the resident agent. Frank Stempfer (Uncle Frank) is not a millionaire philanthropist, was never a member of the Reagan Administration, and is a con. The Eden-Barn literature states, Eden Barn is an asset holding company mines, precious metals, manufacturing distribution, research and development, telecommunication and real estate. None of this is true.
We have a variety of documents to support our claim. To date there are at least 250 other people who have been scammed by Sandy, Frank and David Thawley
In Las Vegas Eden-Barn is represented and promoted by David and Julia Thawley, 2036 Oliver Spring St., Henderson NV 89052-8523. Mr. Thawley tried to convince a friend of mine he was a victim also but he continues to promote Eden-Barn.
Since requesting a refund Eden-Barn, Sandy and David have cut off all communication with us including not notifying us of any webinars. Eden-Barn has funded no loans to date.
