I was also ripped off by this company. I filed a detailed report with the Better Business Bureau, and got a refund... it took a while, but I did get it.
This company is a major scam. They teach their agents to lie and deceive you. They also train their agents to ask to come in your house to make it more awkward if you choose not to purchase anything. If anyone has any magazine crew people come to their house, just tell them to go away or call the police. Chances are, they don't have a permit to be selling anyway.

YEAH, SURE.
THEY REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE GONE ON RIP OFF REPORT AND WARNED EVERYBODY THAT YOU WERE RIPPED OFF BECAUSE WHATEVER IT WAS THEY WERE SELLING DID NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
WHEN THEY ARE UNMASKED, NOW THEY WANT TO TRY TO GET TO YOU AGAIN AND TRY TO CON MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU OR TRY TO JUSTIFY WHAT THEY DID TO YOU.
MY ADVICE IS TO IGNORE THESE PEOPLE AND DON'T GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE TO SCAM YOU AGAIN --IF THAT IS IN FACT WHAT HAPPENED AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT DID BASED ON WHAT I SEE HERE.
WRITE IT OFF AS TUITION IN THE REAL LIFE SCHOOL OF HARD KNOCKS.
