Edmore Estates will not fix leaks barges in to the home that we rent form him will not do nothing about a mouse infestion Edmore Michigan
Cory my landlord at Edmore Estates, keeps this place looking like a junk yard with wrecked cars and trucks all over the place. At one time he barged into a private home and tried assaulting my wife, he will not try that again, a quick call to 911 put him in check. I have tried numerous times to get him to fix a leaking bathtub and bathroom sink and to do something about the mice that I have to live with, I have to leave my water running all the time so it does not freeze up the pipes, they froze up once and again he barged into a private home and was right in my face, it took him one whole week to fix it. He has tried to turn my 15 year old son against me I called 911 about that one also, he had my son at bay at his house and would not let him go,911 fixed that one for me. I only wish 911 could compel him to do some thing about these unsanitary MICE. all he care about is his wrecked cars and trucks.
Be advised Cory has one idea on how to be a landlord. All he cares about is his wrecked cars and trucks.
If you rent from get everything in writing his rules change from day to day.
My advise DON'T RENT FROM CORY or DOT that is his wife.

since my last report, I have had to to have Cory arrested for throwing rocks through my window, that's right through my window. The day stared out quit peaceful, but as it progressed. Cory got a bunch of his friends together and they got drunk and all hell broke lose with a barge of rock throwing. I had a total of 4 peopled arrested that day, you see I told Cory that if you do not fix the things that need fixed around here I will not pay the rent; so Cory resorted to violent actions to try to get me to pay rent or move out.
You see it seems that just because Cory is landlord, he thinks that he can be a dictator by telling the parents of other children that my child can not play with them.
Ok I know what your thinking that, we should just move, and I say to that I will not be pushed around.
I'm still waiting for an eviction notice, my guess is that this park in foreclosure and it is up to the bank to do that.
It took an act of township for them appropriate the money to have the dumpster emptied; what an eye that was.
If ever there was a such for a class to teach someone to be a landlord, Cory should be in it; oh ya that right, it is called anger management, and the judge seen to that.
My advice do not rent here.
