EDP Card - Mastercard Elite Plus ripoffThey stole 159.95 right out of my checking account Internet
I was on the internet applying for a loan and when I finished the application the Mastercard Elite site popped-up. I thought you had to fill out the information in order to get the loan and that they would put it on the card. I did not authorize the 159.95 to be debited from my checking account. I did have a live chat with someone who told me that I agreed to the terms and conditions and that there is no refund for this and when I askthe operator how could he work for a company that stole from consumers he disconnected me. I was given a phone number 800-430-0672 x133 to call if I had further questions, however I have never been able to speak with a live person. The recording always says that they have a high volume of calls. I have called first thing in the morning and right before they closed and still not help. I do not know what to do about this but I want my money back. I never received a card or anything. This is definately a scam.
