I found an electronic check on my bank statement. I couldn't figure out what it was for because I don't write out checks. Found the toll free number and contacted them. They didn't have any representatives available so the recorded message told me to contact them on line. I tried this several times and finally was able to talk to someone on the website. I informed them that I didn't authorize them to withdraw money from my account. They told me I did when I ordered their debit card. I told them I had a check card so why did I need a debit card. I asked for my money back. The gentleman I spoke with, Lucious, said he would send me a form so they could refund my $100, but the $59.95 was a non-refundable processing fee. I then reiterated that I did not order this card so how could they charge me the processing fee. He stated that he would send me the form I electronically signed stating I authorized everything. He then cut off our chat.

I contacted my bank and they were able to stop payment since I had caught it within 24 hours.

This is a very shady company and would advise anyone against doing business with them.
