EDP Reporting Fraud Theft Ripoff Dishonest Valley Village California
I went to use my debit Visa card and found out that my account was overdrawn. I went to my bank's website, and phoned the bank's 1-800 number. They looked up the charge that had overdrawn my account. The charge was for $159.95. The bank gave me the number for EDS Reporting.
I phoned them twice and left messages with an operator by the name of Sherry, but no one returned my messages. I sent an e-mail, but no one has contacted me. My account is now overdrawn, and the bank is charging me an overdaft fee. I do not even know how they got my information.
I want them prosecuted, and I want my money back. I am currently on disability, and I need every dollar of my check! I appreciate your help. Thank you!
