EDPS Online Warehouse is apparently a scam.

I placed an order for $40 worth of merchandise that was to be shipped via UPS in March. After 2 weeks, I began trying to get in touch with this company via email and telephone number. I received no response.

After a month, I received an email stating that the merchandise had been lost, and that UPS would be contacting me. This was an obvious lie, because UPS issues tracking numbers for their shipments. I received no tracking number.

After another month, I received an email stating that they had just learned that I had not received my order.

After repeated emails from me asking for a refund, I received an email stating that a refund had been made to my credit card.

To date, I have received no merchandise and no refund. There has either been no response or blatant lies.

I wish I had checked this site before I ordered.

I am so sorry that people think they are being ripped off. I am not intentionally trying to rip off or hurt ANYONE. I have had health issues and have been sick in and out of the hospital this past year. I have been in business for over 16 years. And if you look the reports being filed against me are in the timeframe I have been ill. In 16 years I have been in business I have had problems in the last year with my illness. I am a Christian and do not RIP people off. I do believe in the bible verse Luke 6:31 - Do to others as you would have them do to you. I am sorry I have been ill and not gotten back to people fast enough. I am not out there to hurt anyone or rip off any one. Please do not just jump to the conclusions that I am ripping people off. I know there are lots of internet scams out there. But I am NOT one of them! I am very sorry for the delays but at this time each customer here should have received a refund or the items they have ordered. If you ordered from me and still are having a problem.
